If it doesn't fit, isn't right, or you just aren't totally in love with it, don't worry. Most items may be returned within 7 days of receipt. Please include the return form that came with your order to ensure efficient processing.

• Within 7 days of receipt.
• With all tags and shields attached.
• Full priced items that have not been worn, altered or washed.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale/clearance items or gift cards.

Exchanges
Goods will only be accepted for exchange/store credit if they are returned within 7 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise. 

Refunds
Please keep proof of return shipment.  The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
